2026 Taiwan ESD and Reliability Conference(TESDC-2026)

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the 2026 Taiwan ESD and Reliability Conference will take place from November 4 to 6, 2026. This event is sponsored by the Taiwan ESD Association (T-ESDA) and the Taiwan Reliability Technology Association (TRTA). It aims to provide an international platform for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange cutting-edge research findings and share practical experiences in the fields of ESD and reliability engineering.

The conference will spotlight ESD protection and reliability technologies, with a special focus on practical case analysis and solution development. We welcome contributions that explore theoretical advancements, practical implementations, and in-depth case studies.

Topics of Interest Include (but are not limited to):

All submitted papers will be rigorously peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical merit, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be included in the official conference proceedings.
